Our merger unites two market leaders with the products, services and technology to serve our combined client base under the CoAdvantage name. Together, the combined company will provide PEO services to over 1,725 clients representing 25,900 employees nationwide. The company has offices in Tampa and Orlando with over 180 employees, including service professionals for payroll, human resources, workers’ compensation and employee benefits.
In mid-2010, Madison Capital Partners (www.madisoncapitalpartners.net), a Chicago-based investment firm, acquired Tampa-based Global Employment Solutions PEO and Orlando-based CoAdvantage PEO. Although Global PEO and CoAdvantage have separate histories, they have always shared a common objective: to ensure absolute customer satisfaction. |
